Kendriya Vidyalay (Central School) : My true Alma Mater

I write this blogpost on Sept 5th, celebrated as Teacher’s day in India. My obeisance and pranaams to all my teachers, especially from my alma mater, Kendriya Vidyalay(a), that laid a strong foundation in my education, schooling and all round development.
Kendriya Vidyalay(a) prepared us for the real world. Gave us a global perspective with strong patriotic and national identity , respecting the diversity among us.( as against regional identity of a state or language )
The school and teachers during my school days were truly dedicated and had passion for teaching. The syllabus of Central Board of Secondary Education was one of the toughest in World and we were blessed to have had the privileges of gaining vast knowledge from the CBSE text books.
My school and teachers inculcated in us a spirit of patriotism, national unity, non-discrimination and confidence that was based on all round development. We realized the power of it, more when we left school after tenth standard , to face the world that seemed really small for all Kendriya Vidyalay students.

I am truly blessed and feel obliged to have been tutored and mentored by teachers of Kendriya Vidyalay(a). I take this opportunity and occasion of Teacher’s day to dedicate all my success in life and career to my school and teachers .. my alma mater Kendriya Vidyalay (Central School)
